Return Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

Accepted Return Cases

Returns will be accepted in the following cases:

Product significantly different from the description or display images

For electronics, opened products may still be accepted if the product received is defective or different from the advertised description.

Conditions for Returns

For change-of-mind returns:

Products must be in original sealed packaging.
Packaging must not be damaged or opened.
Products must not show signs of use.

For clothing and fashion products:

Original labels and tags must remain attached.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.

For other products:

All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.
Non-Returnable Items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Clearance or sale items

Q Go Trading reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet our return conditions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
